The FBI Intelligence Analysts Association (FBI IAA) is an independent,
non-governmental professional association representing the more than
2,500 Intelligence Analysts employed by the FBI. Our membership is
comprised entirely of active duty FBI Intelligence Analysts.

We represent the professional interests of FBI Intelligence Analysts
within the FBI and externally to appropriate stakeholders in the
executive branch and the Congress. We serve as an independent and
unified voice for the FBI Intelligence Analyst community. Working
with FBI management, the FBI IAA champions development and implementation
of policies that will continue the FBI’s transformation into an
intelligence-led organization.

Our Association is committed to elevating intelligence as a core
FBI mission through expansion of the Intelligence Analyst role in
the FBI. We seek to expand FBI Intelligence Analyst career paths and
increase the number of analysts in FBI management and executive
positions. We seek to ensure that Intelligence Analysts truly become
full partners in the dual law enforcement and intelligence mission of
today’s FBI.

The FBI IAA provides a mechanism for FBI Intelligence Analyst members
to speak on important issues with a powerful, unified voice. We will
serve as your strong advocate and represent your concerns before
